Freelance Material Coordinator

Project overview

We are looking for a Freelance Material Coordinator to support a long-term installation project in Liège.

This is a hands-on, site-based role responsible for keeping materials moving efficiently from delivery through to the installation teams. You’ll spend around 6 hours per day on the shop floor and 2 hours in the office, so this isn’t a desk-based logistics position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound material deliveries to site.
• Ensure materials get to the right location at the right time to keep installation moving.
• Work closely with installation and site teams to coordinate material requirements.
• Check incoming deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Record and track deliveries and material movements using SAP.
• Maintain accurate material and delivery information.

• Previous experience in material coordination, material control or site logistics.
• Strong experience with inbound material/delivery management.
• Hands-on experience using SAP.
• Comfortable working predominantly on the shop floor.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• French is beneficial but not essential.
