Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant (Freelance / Contract) – Hybrid, Germany – €400–€460 per day

We are looking for an experienced freelance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant for a 12-month contract with a leading IT solutions and services provider in Germany. You will configure, customise and extend the client’s Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) landscape and build integrations across Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure. The role is hybrid, with 1–2 days per week on site. The location within Germany is flexible, and candidates based in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Stuttgart or Düsseldorf are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (D365 CE / CRM)
• Solid knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse
• Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus)
• Good understanding of CRM business processes in sales and customer service
• Experience in requirements engineering and working directly with business stakeholders
• Structured, self-driven and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent German and English

• Configure, customise and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales / Customer Service) to meet business requirements
• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical Dynamics 365 solutions
• Design and build integrations with surrounding systems using Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services and REST APIs
• Support data migration, testing, deployment and go-live activities
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the Dynamics 365 platform, analyse incidents and keep the system stable
• Act as the main point of contact between business departments, IT and external partners
• Document solutions and train key users
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to release and change management
