- Excellent knowledge of IFS, BRC standards, and quality management systems.
- Solid experience in continuous improvement, change management, and process optimization.
- Close proximity leadership with a demonstrated ability to unite, coach, and develop teams.
- Pragmatic, field-oriented profile, capable of evolving in a dynamic and transforming environment.
- French and English mandatory.
- Freelance mission.
