Project overview
We are currently supporting a major EPC contractor on a freelance Site Manager requirement for a large-scale 380kV substation expansion project in Northern Germany. The project forms part of a wider transmission infrastructure programme and is now moving into a critical construction phase.

They're looking for someone who has experience managing site activities on HV substations, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, cable works and commissioning interfaces. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day site execution, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, manage HSE compliance, oversee quality standards and ensure works are delivered according to programme.
