Service description: Generalist IT - Front-end Tech Lead - IDF

Seniority: Between 3 and 6 years

Description:

• Front-End & Back-End Development
• Design and develop high-performance, user-friendly, and maintainable web interfaces with Angular
• Ensure code quality (unit tests, adherence to best practices)
• Develop .NET / C# APIs
• Collaborate with Business Analysis/Business teams
• DevOps Interface & CI/CD Pipeline Finalization
• Act as a point of contact with the DevOps team to align development team needs with automation practices
• Contribute to the finalization and deployment of the CI/CD pipeline for the FRONT end (XLRelease) and the API (Azure DevOps)
• Implement Sonar and quality gates
• Proficiency in the Angular Framework (16+): TypeScript, HTML5, RxJS
• Knowledge of configuring automation tools Jenkins, XLRelease, and Azure DevOps (API)
• Good command of GitFlow
• Experience or knowledge in .Net API development and integration
• PL-SQL Oracle
• Banking/Finance experience
• Team spirit and strong desire for continuous improvement of applications

• Organizes the front-end team (planning, priorities… acts as a referent when technical choices need to be made or when feasibility issues arise.
• Manages Front End, Back End, Native Mobile, and Web Developers
• Collaborates with developers, web designers, and product managers on design integration, technical feasibility, and UX (user experience).
• Continuous integration, Front-end Angular development (2 or higher), Development Workshops, and PIC.
• Technical investigations and studies, solution research
• Development of progressive improvement technical tools
• Writing standards and development support tools.
• Leads teams using the Scrum methodology
• Experience in responsive design, early mobile techniques
• Integration of unit tests and code coverage
• Organizes, plans, and ensures technical web development
• Guides and supports the technical team
