Project overview

Assignment description We are looking for a senior fullstack java developer who enjoys working within a close-knit scrum team. You will ensure good and intensive coordination with the other developers and will be in close contact with the other team members, product owner, process designer, architect, and users. You will build new functionality, resolve incidents and problems with existing functionality, and contribute to and advise on the design and architecture of the application. You will support testers where necessary with carrying out tests and maintaining and expanding testware.

In sprints of 2 weeks, we work closely with the product owner on new functionality, which we then release to production. Background of the assignment Integration Business Services (IBS) has the mission to produce and deliver recognizable IT solutions for the Tax Administration's business. Generic and specific facilities are integrated into complete, working IT solutions.

The IBS Corporate Tax and Dividend Tax (VPB and DIV) department is responsible for the architecture, development, construction, testing, integration, (user) documentation, and deployment of applications within the Corporate Tax (VpB) and Dividend Tax chain. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic fullstack developer who will work with legislation in a scrum team that must deliver predictable, high-quality IT solutions for VPB. Together with the other scrum teams, an integrated solution for the users must be realized so that legislation can be executed/supported in a timely manner with IT solutions.

• Java, Angular, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Openshift certification (or to be obtained at the supplier's expense)
• Safe for teams or Leading Safe certified (or to be obtained at the supplier's expense)
• HBO work and thinking level
• DevOps, Containerization and CI/CD setup (5 years)
• Development in Angular and Java (5 years) Wishes
• Experience with several testing frameworks and methodologies such as Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Playwright, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Wiremock, etc.
• Experience with one or more container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Bash scripting, YAML, Podman, Kustomize, Tkn, ArgoCD, Helm, etc.
• Experience with one or more cloud technologies: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), etc.
• Experience with one or more CI/CD pipeline tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Tekton, etc.

We are looking for a 'T-shaped professional' who is expected to also assist in other disciplines within the team where necessary. In possession of OCA/OCP Java certificates. Knowledge and experience with the following technologies and frameworks: Sonarcube, Jenkins, Quarkus, Tekton, Git, Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence. You have experience with DevOps work and optimally utilize CI/CD to release and deploy delivered functionality to production in a highly automated, tested, and efficient manner. Additional Information When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The purpose of 'WKA' is to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited, from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Administration. The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Administration. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Administration), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
