Project overview
Job description
The connecting factor between the business and IT process: that's you. You are responsible for a knowledgeable, complex, and regulation-driven application used by businesses, citizens, and government agencies. This responsibility starts with supporting the management organization around applications in the 'common inspections' domain GIR: common inspection space. A central place for exchanging inspection data from SEVESO+ companies.
In consultation with the team and as the first point of contact within the team, you will perform the functional management tasks. You will base this on the needs of users, chain partners, and the client. You will align these with the capabilities of the management organization and the team. You can clearly communicate and concretize the setup and importance of a well-organized management structure. Your significant contribution will be in substantive testing, substantive knowledge, and proposing a uniform testing process.
By proactively aligning expectations and progress with all stakeholders, you maintain control over your assignment. You will work closely with (core) users, information managers, functional administrators, and suppliers within and outside the organization. In this network, you will explicitly contribute your expertise.
What we appreciate in you
A connector: that's you. Thanks to your strong empathy, you bring different parties and interests together. You communicate clearly and structurally, in understandable language. What else stands out about you? Your natural willingness to collaborate, your proactive attitude, and your ability to plan and organize.
