Functional Administrator RPA/IPA (interim)

Project overview

Ensure stable, secure, and efficient use of the RPA/IPA platform within the Tax Administration.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Set up and maintain roles, authorizations, tenants, and robot access
• Oversee configurations, including queues, triggers, schedules, and exception handling
• Manage the robot catalog, component libraries, and functional standards
• Coordinate releases, acceptance tests, and test scenarios
• Perform functional intake and impact analyses for new robot candidates
• Validate robot flows, selectors, business rules, and data quality
• Monitor version control, documentation, and communication around releases
• Register and handle functional robot incidents and errors
• Coordinate with technical management on platform-related incidents
• Translate business needs into change requests and improvements
• Check data models, validation rules, and process flows for quality
• Perform compliance and audit checks in accordance with AVG and BIO
• Apply RPA/IPA governance such as naming conventions and security guidelines
• Assist with audits, risk assessments, and lifecycle reviews
• Onboard new tenants and prepare manuals and release notes
• Provide training to users and robot developers
• Minimum of three years of experience in functional management
• Minimum of three years of experience with UiPath
• Minimum of five years of experience with lifecycle management, management processes, and service-oriented work within an ITIL context
• Experience with stakeholder management at multiple levels and prioritizing based on chain dependencies is recommended
• Knowledge of and experience with Red Hat OpenShift is a plus
• Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus
• Understanding of robot flows, selectors, queues, triggers, and exception handling
• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN), data modeling, and business rules
• Experience with functional management processes according to BiSL Next and ITIL
• Insight into security principles such as RBAC, audit logging, and credential vaults
• Experience with functional, regression, and chain testing
• Understanding of integrations via REST, SOAP, events, and API gateways
