• Improving SAP applications to support business operations
• Converting business requirements into functional solutions
• Providing sustainable solutions for complex functional disruptions
• Coordinating changes, releases, and test processes
• Delivering functional specifications and management documentation
• Improving user adoption and support for key users
• Implementing process improvements within the SAP landscape
• Monitoring continuity, quality, and performance of applications
• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• At least 3 years of experience in a role as functional administrator, application administrator, or SAP consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP environments and business processes as a plus
• Experience with incident, change, and release management, testing, and documentation
• Strong analytical skills, independence, and good communication in Dutch and English
