Functional Consultant

Project overview

The consultant's mission will focus on two main areas:

The consultant will collaborate with business users (Supplementary Pensions and Social Action) as well as internal and external contributors, particularly IT teams and 7/8 solution providers.

Coordination will be ensured with the Business Information System Department, which oversees distributed assets and monitors the smooth running of technological transformations.

Commitments in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality must be rigorously respected throughout the mission.

The consultant will be required to work in Paris at the client's premises. Travel may be possible.

Scope of Intervention

The mission covers the following information systems:

The consultant will work on technical and functional aspects within these two interconnected systems.

The consultant will interact with various stakeholders in the department, including the IT Department (DSi) as well as business representatives from Social Action, Customer Relations, and Supplementary Pension Management (specific and corporate scope).

Material Resources and Tools to Use

The consultant has access to the functional and technical specifications of the applications within the scope, as well as documentation and support to facilitate familiarization with the work environment.

The consultant must demonstrate strong autonomy, proactivity, and clear, adapted communication.

The consultant must possess the following advanced technical skills:

The consultant is able to present representative experience of using these tools in a professional context, ideally in the business domain of the proposed mission.

• IT Maintenance: They will be responsible for maintaining existing applications. This includes resolving incidents, analyzing anomalies, and supporting users for functional reintegration of tools.
• Contribution to Transformation Projects: The consultant will contribute to information system transformation projects by bringing their expertise to the analysis, design, development, and delivery phases of projects. They will actively participate in progress meetings and discussions with various project stakeholders.
• Specifically for businesses related to Supplementary Pensions and Social Action.
• The Agirc-Arrco Federation's Community Information System, which directly impacts the management of the group's supplementary pensions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Advanced use of the Office 365 suite, SharePoint.
• Query tool proficiency: Query tools such as SQUIRELL.
• Proficiency in data development and analysis tools: SAS Viya, SAS Guide, SAS Adin, Microsoft Fabric…
