Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a renowned higher education institution based in East London. They are recruiting for an experienced Governance Support Officer to join their Governance and Legal Services team.

This role provides critical administrative, company secretarial, and committee support, within a senior office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with statutory/regulatory filings, compliance calendars, and corporate record-keeping.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare papers, take minutes, and track action logs.
• Support governance activities, manage compliance documentation, and handle routine enquiries confidentially.

• Experience in administration, governance, or secretarial support (Higher Education or regulated sector preferred).
