Graphic Designer (Canva Specialist)

Project overview

Our client in the home services space is seeking a remote, freelance Graphic Designer with advanced Canva expertise to support a short-term project focused on enhancing their organic social media design system and organizing their Canva workspace. This is a one-week fully remote project starting in late October/early November.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine branded Canva templates for organic social media content.
• Audit, organize, and clean up existing Canva folders, templates, and asset libraries.
• Ensure all assets align with established brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Build a logical, easy-to-use library structure that improves team efficiency and consistency.
• Recommend Canva best practices for ongoing template and asset management. Graphic Designer Qualifications
• Proven experience creating professional content in Canva.
• Advanced knowledge of Canva, including Brand Kits, template creation, and library management.
• Strong foundation in graphic design, including typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Experience developing reusable templates that can be easily used by marketing and social media teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within a short timeframe.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience organizing and governing large digital asset libraries.
