Responsibilities

• Rear Fuselage & Tail Detail Design – Perform detailed structural design for rear fuselage and tail assemblies
• 3D Modelling & Drawings – Develop and release 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using Siemens NX
• Metallic Structural Design – Design metal aircraft structures in accordance with Part 23 certification requirements
• ATA 53 & ATA 55 Engineering – Work on structural components related to ATA 53 (Fuselage) and ATA 55 (Stabilizers)
• Design for Manufacturing (DfM) – Optimize designs for manufacturability, assembly efficiency, producibility, and cost
• Design Reviews & Engineering Changes – Support design reviews, configuration management, engineering changes, and compliance with aerospace/customer standards

Requirements

Main advantages:

• Aerospace structural design experience, ideally covering fuselage and/or empennage structures.
• Strong Siemens NX expertise, particularly 3D modelling, detailed design, and engineering drawings.
• Metallic aircraft structures expertise, including practical experience designing structural components and assemblies.
• Part 23 + ATA 53/55 knowledge, with experience working according to aircraft certification requirements and relevant ATA chapters.
• Strong Design for Manufacturing (DfM) knowledge, ideally combined with experience in design reviews, configuration management, and engineering change processes.
• Work in a dynamic team
