We're looking for a hands-on Halo ITSM specialist to deliver a defined set of automation requirements and identify further opportunities across the service desk.

• Experience with Halo integrations, such as the Halo API, webhooks, Integrator and runbooks.
• Scripting or integration experience is a plus, for example PowerShell, REST APIs, or Entra ID and Intune integration.
• A proven track record of taking requirements through to tested, deployed automation.
• Clear documentation habits and confidence running knowledge transfer with non-specialist teams.
