Project overview

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT:

OS / Zero Trust: Cato Networks - SWG, SSL VPN, ZTNA.

Firewalls: Check Point - Gaia, R81.x, R82, Maestro.

Application Security and Anti-DDoS: Cloudflare, Imperva, F5 BIG-IP, Corero - L3/L4 and L7 layers.

Datacenter and LAN: Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, Meraki.

Switching and Network Services: STP/RSTP/MSTP, VLAN, VXLAN, VTP, StackWise Virtual, vPC, ARP, DHCP.

Routing: BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, and static routing.

Cloud and Automation: Azure, Python, APIs - configuration, audit, and reporting.

Profile Sought

• Manage a team of 8 employees: network engineers, system administrators, and Product Owner
• Set objectives, conduct annual reviews, and support skills development
• Define and manage the Network & Security roadmap, considering performance, resilience, and security challenges
• Organize committees, monitor KPIs, and prioritize the team's backlog
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, arbitrate investments, and optimize costs
• Manage contracts and negotiate with strategic suppliers
• Coordinate actions with the CISO, DPO, business teams, and management
• Lead the response to major incidents and crisis management
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance: apply standards, support audits, and monitor remediation
• You have significant experience in managing a technical team in a production environment.
• You have proven expertise in networks and security.
• You are proficient in Cisco datacenter architectures, routing and switching protocols, as well as perimeter and application security solutions.
