Project overview

As part of a mission for a major player in e-commerce, we are looking for a Network & Security Engineering Leader to manage a team of 8 people within the Infrastructure and Production Department.

You will be responsible for the availability, security, and performance of infrastructures in a critical 24/7 environment.

You have significant experience in managing a Network & Security team and are capable of combining technical expertise, management, and strategic vision.

Experience in high-traffic e-commerce environments and critical infrastructures is a plus.

Work environment

• Manage and support a team of 8 people: network engineers, system administrators, and Product Owner.
• Define and manage the Network & Security roadmap.
• Ensure the availability and security of infrastructures.
• Structure management rituals, KPIs, and backlog prioritization.
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and strategic suppliers.
• Coordinate actions with the CISO, DPO, and business teams.
• Manage major incidents and crisis situations.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance and manage remediation plans.
• Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, Meraki.
• Routing: BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF.
• Switching: VLAN, VXLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, vPC, StackWise Virtual.
• Check Point: Gaia, R81.x, R82, Maestro.
• Cato Networks: SSE, SWG, ZTNA, SSL VPN.
• Application security and anti-DDoS: Cloudflare, Imperva, F5 BIG-IP, Corero.
• Zero Trust and next-generation WAN architectures.
• Azure.
• Python: configuration, audit, reporting, and API.
• Automation and AI-assisted development practices.
• Supervision of a technical team.
• Project, budget, and supplier management.
• Incident management in a critical production environment.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance.
• High-traffic e-commerce platform, critical 24/7 production environment.
• Team of 8 people: network engineers, system administrators, and Product Owner.
• Cisco Datacenter and LAN infrastructures: ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, Meraki.
• Network & security: BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, Check Point, Cato Networks, Cloudflare, Imperva, F5 BIG-IP, Corero.
• Azure cloud and Python automation.
• High availability, cybersecurity, crisis management, and PCI DSS compliance challenges.
• Location: Bordeaux Bacalan, on-site Mondays and Tuesdays, remote work the other three days.
