Our client is a growing company (12 employees) specializing in professional development support, through certified training and coaching. The company is looking for a senior profile capable of structuring its product and technological strategy while contributing directly to the development of its platform. Reporting to the management team (direct link with the CEO and COO), you will carry the product vision and technical strategy. You will transform customer needs and business objectives into a concrete roadmap, make architectural decisions, and actively participate in development.

You will also support the adoption of work methods that natively integrate Artificial Intelligence.

Main Missions

• Product vision and roadmap: Gather and translate customer and business needs into technical priorities; decide on the evolutions to be developed.
• Development and architecture: Write and review code on the platform (Ruby on Rails); develop customer integrations; make architectural decisions.
• AI and new methods: Deploy the use of AI development tools and agents within the team, and promote an "AI-first" approach.
• Delivery: Manage delivery schedules, maintain a regular rhythm of production releases, and prioritize requests.
• Team development: Work with the existing engineer, mobilize freelancers if necessary, and structure the technical team.
• Transverse leadership: Advise management, represent partners, and contribute to InfoSec, DevOps, and compliance topics.
