HR Access Payroll & DSN Consultants

Project overview

We are looking for several experienced HR Access consultants to work with major clients on projects to evolve, secure, and make reliable Payroll and DSN processes.

Possible locations: Paris - Nantes - Brest

Depending on your expertise, you can work on missions focused on functional support (AMOA) or technical development (MOE), with a strong functional component around payroll, DSN, and HR processes.

• Gather and analyze business needs
• Perform impact studies and formalize functional specifications
• Support business teams in payroll process evolutions
• Participate in the writing and execution of test plans
• Write Payroll and DSN test cases
• Identify, analyze, and track anomalies
• Contribute to the reliability and optimization of HR Access configurations
• Provide your expertise to HR and Payroll teams
• Participate in projects related to triggering events, pre-liquidation, or specific Public Service processes depending on the context
• Provide consulting services to secure existing solutions and improve their performance
• Minimum 4 years of experience on HR Access
• Solid knowledge of French payroll and DSN
• Significant experience in HR Access AMOA or MOE
• Mastery of functional testing activities
• Ability to perform impact studies and formalize business needs
• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes
• Autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Time and Attendance Module (GTA)
• RenoiRH
• Pre-liquidation
• State Public Service (FPE)
• HR Access configuration optimization and audit
