For a large organization within the industrial sector in North Holland, we are looking for an Absence Case Manager / HR Advisor Absence.

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating absence and reintegration processes. You are an important sparring partner for managers and contribute to reducing absence within the organization.

In addition to guiding individual cases, you will have the opportunity to contribute to preventive measures and the structural improvement of existing processes.

• Guide and coordinate absence and reintegration processes.
• Advise and support managers on absence issues.
• Monitor legal deadlines and obligations from the "Wet verbetering poortwachter" (Gatekeeper Improvement Act).
• Identify bottlenecks and risks within ongoing absence files.
• Collaborate with HR, managers, the company doctor, and other involved parties.
• Analyze absence figures and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to projects aimed at reducing frequent absence.
• Optimize and professionalize existing absence processes.
• Bachelor's work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a comparable education.
• Experience with absence management, case management, or HR advice.
• Good knowledge of the "Wet verbetering poortwachter" (Gatekeeper Improvement Act) and relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
• A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work attitude.
• The ability to guide both employees and managers in a professional manner.
• You are strong organizationally and can maintain an overview of multiple cases.
• A gross monthly salary of €4,500 – 5,000 based on 40 hours, excluding holiday pay.
