Risk and impact assessment
Plan, facilitate, and document risk assessments before the change with involved representatives.
MBL and union cooperation

Implementation Q1 2027
Support communication, individual conversations, introduction of roles and responsibilities, and follow-up of personnel-related issues.

Practical experience in preparing for and participating in MBL negotiations.
Experience in conducting and documenting risk and impact assessments for organizational changes.
Ability to independently produce labor law decision support, process plans, and documentation.
Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience in reviewing and drafting position descriptions, including responsibilities, mandates, job duties, and organizational reporting lines.
Meritorious requirements
Experience in HR work within municipally owned companies or other publicly owned operations.
Experience with collective agreements in municipal companies, such as Sobona.
Experience with organizational changes involving both altered positions and staff reductions.
Experience in supporting managers throughout the entire change process, from planning to implementation.
Experience working in smaller organizations with limited internal HR resources.
