We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Manager to join a major Data Centre construction project in Mons, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all Health, Safety & Environmental activities across the project.
Promote and maintain a world-class safety culture in line with Google and project expectations.
Ensure compliance with Belgian HSE legislation, project requirements, and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance and performance.
Lead incident investigations and produce detailed corrective action reports.
Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety training programs.
Produce weekly and monthly HSE reports.
Liaise with client representatives, management teams, and regulatory authorities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and behavioural safety programs.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a HSE position.
Previous experience on Data Centre, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Large-Scale Construction projects.
NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH Construction Certificate, or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
Strong understanding of construction safety legislation and industry best practice.
Experience managing multiple contractors within a live construction environment.
Proven track record delivering high safety standards on complex projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Fluent English essential.
