HubSpot Consultant & Architect
Initial 3-month contract | Potential to extend | Remote (UK) | Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant & Architect to lead the evolution and optimisation of a growing HubSpot ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role combining solution architecture, CRM transformation, integration, data governance and project delivery. You will work across business and technical teams to design scalable solutions, standardise processes and maximise the value of HubSpot and its connected platforms.
Key responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable HubSpot CRM solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into effective processes, system designs and integrations.
- Lead CRM transformation and system/process harmonisation initiatives.
- Define integration strategies across HubSpot, CPQ, finance, marketing, customer/member platforms and third-party applications.
- Establish data governance, ownership and data quality standards.
- Lead workshops, requirements gathering and solution design activities.
- Manage projects, third-party partners, risks, dependencies and delivery.
- Develop platform roadmaps, governance frameworks and operating models.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and platform optimisation.
- Provide guidance, documentation, training and knowledge transfer to business users.
