Job description

Reporting directly to the operations manager, you will act as the lead technician and field team leader, managing a team of six maintenance technicians. As the agency's representative on client sites, you will provide continuous technical support to your team while actively participating in field interventions.

Your tasks cover 85% general low-voltage electrical maintenance, panels, lighting, emergency lighting, sanitary plumbing, hot water production, locksmithing, carpentry, and finishing work, and 15% climate control for first-level operations on single and multi-split systems, VRV, VMC, and air handling units. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations and minor improvement works, while also occasionally assisting regulatory control bodies and specialized subcontractors.

Depending on the service organization, you will work at the agency one day per week or fortnight to prepare quotes and estimates for related works. The position involves daily travel to sites in Hérault.

Candidate profile

With a technical background at BTS level in building maintenance, electrotechnics, climate control, or equivalent, you have solid practical experience in a tertiary environment, including coordination or mentoring responsibilities. You master the principles of electrical, plumbing, and finishing work, complemented by reliable operational knowledge in HVAC. Your management skills, pedagogical approach, rigor, and customer service orientation enable you to unite your team and interact effectively with site contacts and the design office.

Up-to-date electrical certifications (low voltage) and a driver's license are essential for travel related to the role.
