The need

Our client, a Luxembourgish bank, is looking for an IAM Engineer to strengthen its Identities & Access team. The team manages the identities and access rights of all bank employees on a daily basis.

Do you have a Windows system profile and have you already worked on IAM topics? This position will allow you to specialize in a demanding banking environment.

• Manage the identity lifecycle: arrivals, movements, and departures (joiner / mover / leaver)
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD): accounts, groups, and rights
• Participate in privileged access management (PAM)
• Define and implement access rights for new applications with project teams
• Process user requests and incidents, document and automate with PowerShell
• Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD)
• IAM: identity lifecycle, RBAC, PAM
• PowerShell
• Banking context, large account
• Permanent contract, payroll management or freelance
• Luxembourg City, on-site at the client's premises
• Start date: end of 2026 / beginning of 2027
• Duration: 6 months renewable, long-term mission
• Daily rate / salary according to profile
• Languages: fluent French mandatory; English, German, or Luxembourgish appreciated
