• Client is replacing their core systems for pensions in a multi-year program. In the first 6 month phase, the future system landscape and architectures need to be designed, the delivery approach defined, the infrastructure for the program established and planned for the future systems and the core team established and further onboarding prepared.
• Base for this is the analysis of the current system landscape and other material covering scope and requirements as well as guidelines for the client's architecture.
• It is expected that substantial portions of the future system(s) will be custom developed and the program will grow to over 500 people overall.
• To set this up, a core team of architects, delivery leads, project managers with experience in enterprise architecture, domain design, system architecture/design, infrastructure design, make/buy/use evaluation, solutioning, estimating, planning, delivery approach design, agile delivery, SAFe, etc. is needed.
