Job Description

As a Drupal front-end developer, you are responsible for the front-end of a website. You ensure the connection between the design and the back-end. In addition, an important part of the assignment is setting up and operationalizing accessibility within the web products that have been and/or are being built. Your activities are diverse, and you have a lot of interaction with colleagues and clients to arrive at the best possible solutions. Your drive? Continuously striving for improvement in quality and maintenance, in both small and large projects and management environments.

You proactively contribute to the objectives of clients and enthusiastically participate in the further development of the organization. You also play a role in shaping the team's future vision. You do this by connecting existing technologies with developments in the market, which you follow closely.

Background of the assignment

The demand for Drupal applications is increasing rapidly, both from existing and new clients within the Central Government. Due to the expansion of activities, we are looking for a highly experienced Drupal front-end developer / administrator. The desired candidate uses their ambition, experience, and enthusiasm to continuously improve our products and services. DICTU has a department where more than 60 Drupal specialists are active.

You will participate in one of the Scrum teams within this department and work with your colleagues on the (further) development and management of websites and applications for our clients. You will work closely with clients (product owners), delivery managers, and backend and frontend discipline peers.

Requirements

Assignment is not suitable for ZZP'ers due to DBA law.

Completed HBO education

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with CI/CD

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with Drupal 11, GIT/WCAG, ReactJS

Demonstrable experience working within the Central Government

Demonstrable experience with architecture and architectural choices

Wishes

Additional Information

When you offer a professional to us as a supplier and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the DBA law (Chains and Employer Liability Act). The purpose of the 'WKA' is to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) or not, and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can request the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
