Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Realize ICT projects at ProRail, both agile and according to classic long-term planning
- Manage an average of 2 to 4 projects simultaneously
- Prepare the functional request/tender for contracting the Measurement Train
- Relocate the Human Factor environment
- Complete the remaining work for setting up the Security Operations Center
- Create buy-in from stakeholders and guide user adoption
- Bachelor's work and thinking level
- Prince2 certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a (senior) project manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Jira, IT infrastructure, and LCM projects within government organizations
- Experience with tenders or functional requests from the client
- Experience with taking over ongoing processes
- Experience with a Security Operations Center and contracting suppliers
- Knowledge of tenders, Security Operation Center, and Identity Management
- Knowledge of realizing projects according to Prince2 and in an agile environment
