Context

A mutual insurance group wishes to strengthen its team responsible for identity and access governance within its IT department.

The mission primarily involves monitoring authorizations, updating repositories, and processing requests related to user and application access.

• Perform monthly first-level controls to verify the consistency of user repositories (Active Directory, RACF) with HR reference data.
• Perform quarterly second-level controls to ensure that application repositories are up-to-date compared to user repositories.
• Process requests for creation, modification, and deletion of business authorization profiles for a group entity.
• Monitor temporary rights, particularly during internal mobility and their expiration dates.
• Verify data in the Mainframe during agency transfers.
• Analyze requests related to an internal coding repository and update it if necessary.
• Handle incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
• Process other requests related to access governance, submitted through the dedicated portal.
• Ability to analyze, structure, and synthesize complex information.
• Good writing skills and clear oral communication.
• Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders: managers, technical teams, business units, and service providers.
• Interest in cybersecurity, identity management, and authorization control.
• Very good command of Excel.
• Good command of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools.
• Knowledge of a request management and activity tracking tool, ideally ServiceNow.
• Good practice of generative AI tools, such as Copilot or equivalents.
