The implementation manager ensures the introduction and adoption of digital solutions within SZW and monitors the progress of the WMEBV process.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Leading project management regarding coherence, scope, planning, and risks of the case system, the email solution, and forms
• Organizing implementation and adoption of standard solutions within the multidisciplinary SZW teams
• Preparing and guiding decision-making on pilot evaluations, rollout, and tertiary priorities
• Communicating vision and results to domain management and the board to create support
• Monitoring WMEBV compliance and tracking benefits from the business case together with Control
• Organizing knowledge transfer and documentation to prevent dependency on individuals
• Solid track record in managing organization-wide change and implementation processes within a complex administrative context
• Background in digitalization that transcends multiple departments, preferably gained within a municipality or similar public organization
• Understanding of digital service provision and process- and case-oriented work
• Affinity with agile/scrum collaboration with product owners and development teams, without technical specialization
• Familiarity with governance, stakeholder management, and preparing decisions for the board
• Knowledge of WMEBV, digital accessibility, Common Ground, or GZAC is a pré
