- Pilot the launch of production for a new product across several sites
- Develop the progress plan and deploy it in the field with close management
- Guarantee quality, optimization, and continuous improvement of processes
- Achieve set objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
- Engineering degree, Master's level (Bac+5)
- At least 10 years of experience in operations management in high-volume manufacturing industry, such as automotive supplier
- Experience launching new product production in a multi-site international scope
- Autonomy, rigor, and methodical approach, ability to work in project mode
- Understanding of processes and ability to visualize future organizations
- Fluent English
- Immediate availability
