maximum €83,- Assignment description Within the Modernizing DMS project, the ACM is working on the acquisition and implementation of a new solution for document and case management, records management, and collaboration, realized on a low-code platform. As an information analyst, you will translate the ACM's information needs into a supported design for this solution. You will analyze the current work processes and the information flows within them, document them in BPMN, and elaborate them into business requirements and user stories in Azure DevOps.

Where processes can be made more efficient or better supported, you will identify this and substantiate the advice. You will independently gather requirements and wishes from users and stakeholders, including supervisors, lawyers, DIV, ICT management, and the CIO office, and validate your elaborations with them. You will translate between the substantive and legal aspects of the work and the system side, so that the design remains understandable for both worlds. You will work closely with the other information analyst, who will monitor the overall coherence.

Within the agreed division of tasks, you will handle your part independently, including coordination with stakeholders. Background of the assignment The ACM supervises markets, consumer protection, telecom, and energy, with the mission of making markets work well for people and businesses. That work relies heavily on information management: files, investigations, and decisions must be findable, reliable, and durably accessible, even years later and subject to legal review. The current document and case management system does not adequately meet these needs.

The Modernizing DMS project therefore researches, acquires, and implements a new solution for document and case management, records management, and collaboration, including migration of the existing archive. The collaboration space and the case system will be realized on a low-code platform. You will work in a project team and liaise with discussion partners within the supervisory directorates, with lawyers, and with the functional and technical managers of the ACM. You will also coordinate with the project leaders within the program.

The outcome will affect almost everyone within the organization, making buy-in and careful coordination just as crucial for the result as the substantive analysis. ACM The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) is a supervisor and was established in 2013 from a merger of the Consumer Authority, the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa), and the Independent Post and Telecommunications Authority (OPTA). ACM ensures that companies compete fairly and protects consumer interests. Our mission is to promote opportunities and choices for businesses and consumers.

We do this by working in a problem-solving manner. ACM is an independent administrative body and makes decisions independently. The Ministry of Economic Affairs is politically responsible for policy and legislation and sets the framework within which ACM operates. • Minimum completed HBO bachelor's degree
• Demonstrable experience with Information/Business Analysis, supported by concrete projects and role descriptions in CV or motivation
• Experience with DMS/Case System and providing analysis in the area of DMS/Case System, supported by concrete projects and role descriptions in CV or motivation. Wishes

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of metadata such as MDTO.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with the migration of files and documents
