Overall assignment description

We are now looking for a driven and responsible information architect for the Digitalization Unit at IVO (Swedish Inspectorate of Healthcare and Social Care).

Assignment description:

The Digitalization Unit is tasked with developing business-oriented digital solutions to meet the development needs within IVO's various business areas. The unit has overall responsibility for new development, maintenance, and support.

The Digitalization Unit consists of four agile development teams with high ambitions, working with modern methods and tools, characterized by innovation and forward-thinking.

As an information architect, you will be a key person in the development work, which aims to intensify the work of digitalizing case management/processes at IVO.

You will:

The work is conducted according to the agile SCRUM method and led by IVO.

The work is conducted in (3-week) sprints.

Engaged consultants use IVO's equipment in the form of clients and mobile phones.

IVO will place great importance on the consultants' personal qualities, in addition to technical knowledge. Evaluation of personal qualities will take place during a potential interview.

• Collaborate closely with the business to understand needs and describe the problem landscape, as well as identify activities that need to be carried out to realize a proposed solution.
• Analyze and discuss the business's challenges from the perspective of information, process, business value, and the need to consider both systems and legal certainty.
• Guide the work towards and be able to communicate the target architecture.
• Is a certified information architect
• Has many years of relevant work experience as an information architect
• Has good knowledge of information modeling
• Is a certified enterprise architect
• Has many years of relevant work experience as an enterprise architect
• Evaluation of personal qualities will take place during a potential interview
• Has a good ability to plan and present the progress of their work in a target group-adapted manner
• Experience working within public sector operations
• The supplier certifies that consultant and liability insurance are in place that covers this type of assignment according to industry standard.
• Assignment agreements from KeyMan must be signed directly with the company the consultant is employed by, according to IVO's requirements.
• A background check of the consultant may be carried out by IVO for certain assignments according to regulations on information security for government agencies.
• Does the consulting company meet all points in chapters 13 + 14 of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) according to the attached excerpt from LOU 2016:1145?
• A curious and attentive person who enjoys understanding other people's perspectives.
• Communicative and easily builds trust by asking questions, listening, and explaining and visualizing complex relationships in a simple way, and can collaborate with both technical specialists and business-oriented individuals. You have a pedagogical aptitude.
