The tender EZ has been (partly) awarded to the combination Yellow Friday and Sogeti. The secondment of non-own personnel is carried out by Yellow Friday. Contracting (and therefore account management) is carried out by Sogeti. There is no question of sub-contracting and rate accumulation here, because we are a single provider to EZ.

Requirements

Candidate has at least 4 years of work experience in a similar role (in the field of Information Security Policy/Information Security)

Candidate has a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree

Sub-contracting is not allowed. Delivery by Yellow Friday to EZK is via Sogeti. There is no question of chain formation/sub-contracting, because Yellow Friday carried out the tender together with Sogeti and is the formal subcontractor.

Assignment Description

In the context of tightened CLOUD policy, we are looking for 3 experienced IB&P advisors who can perform assessments for IT requests with knowledge of the EZ Cloud policy and RVO frameworks in the broad sense of the organization. The focus is on the result of re-evaluating the current approximately 60 SaaS products based on the tightened CLOUD policy.

Role IB: Assessment of applicable policy in the area of Information Management and data classification. An important component here is mapping Information Flows and data storage. Ensuring proper archiving and logging of retention periods according to legal requirements. Also monitoring the completeness and accuracy of accessibility of digital information. Assessment of IT requests against EZ and State cloud policy. Also advising on exit strategy. Knowledge of the RVO organization and the RVO IT landscape is a pré.

Role Privacy: Advising on and assessing processing agreements from the desired process. Performing (pre-)DPIA's. Signaling risks and advising on measures to be taken. Monitoring compliance with GDPR and other privacy legislation. Also advising on exit strategy.
