Project overview
The Infrastructure Operations Pilot ensures continuous monitoring of IT resources and their operational management. They ensure compliance with service levels and commitments, as well as the quality of processing, within the framework of quality assurance and security requirements.
On a daily basis, they follow the work schedule, start and stop resources, analyze received messages, and diagnose incidents affecting the network, servers, or users. They trigger alerts and intervene in case of incidents, launching recovery procedures if necessary: reconfiguration, file copying, or backup operations. After resolution, they restart jobs, update the incident database, and maintain operational documentation. Finally, they contribute to keeping the physical and logical resources necessary for production available.
Work Environment
