who you are

For this position, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a completed MBO-4 or HBO education;
• You speak and understand the Dutch language
• You have an affinity with ICT and technical components;
• You have a driver's license and car
• You are flexibly deployable at the Drachten and Emmen locations;
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week

Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle everything from A to Z, from quotation requests to order processing. As soon as the sales department receives a request, you roll up your sleeves. You will gather all necessary information internally and externally to create an accurate calculation. You will translate this into a clear, technically correct quotation. You will also ensure that all documentation is in order and flawlessly process incoming orders in the system.

• Carefully handling and administratively supporting IT projects;
• Preparing accurate calculations and technical quotations;
• Maintaining daily contact with customers and suppliers;
• Supporting the sales department in converting quotes into successful orders;
• Contributing to the improvement and renewal of internal processes.
