• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all payments are up to date.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
• Communicate with suppliers to address payment queries.
• Support the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
• Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
• Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to resolving discrepancies and meeting deadlines.
• Hourly pay ranging from 16.00 to 19.00, dependent on the level of experience.
• 6-9 month temporary contract with potential extension.
• Starting ASAP.
