Project overview
As an interim corporate lawyer, you will temporarily support the legal department with various procurement and tender processes.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising on ongoing and yet to be determined procurement and tender processes
- Reviewing tender documents prepared by the procurement department, such as guidelines and agreements
- Advising on general civil law issues when necessary
- Completed Dutch law studies
- At least six years of relevant experience in a similar role within a contracting authority
- Familiarity with tender law and general contract law
- Knowledge of additional legal areas such as construction law, privacy law, or transport law is a plus
- Hands-on mentality and strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear advice
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
