Interim Search has been entrusted to fill an Interim Finance Business Partner position who will support the Swedish CEO through business-oriented Business Controlling, data-driven decision support, forecasts and budgets, and provide action proposals for optimization. A broad role where you will have great opportunity to provide improvement suggestions and help influence the business.

About the process

• Act as a financial partner and challenge stakeholders by transforming data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Lead the budget and forecast process and secure decision support through robust analyses and scenarios.
• Work closely with operations to translate financial insights into increased profitability.
• Responsible for the quality of accounts and prepare Swedish annual reports in collaboration with auditors.
• Ensure internal control and compliance with the group's authorization rights.
• Responsible for statutory reporting regarding VAT and tax to authorities.
• Follow up on profitability, volumes, and indexing in agreements, and support in preparing documentation for procurements.
• University degree in economics, accounting, or business administration.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting and advanced financial modeling.
• Experience with IFRS and Swedish accounting rules (K3) and preferably experience with consolidation.
• Experience from leading financial business partner roles and experience from an economic position in a business with multiple units.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrable experience in strategic planning, investment analysis, and FP&A.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Fluent in English and Swedish and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
