We're looking for a collaborative and proactive HR Manager / HR Team Leader to join a busy and well-established HR team within a large, complex organisation on a fixed-term basis until August 2027.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, managing a team of four and working closely with a fellow HR Manager to support an organisation of around 800 people.

You'll coordinate HR operations, oversee recruitment and onboarding activity, support process improvements, provide policy guidance to managers, and help lead a high-performing HR team through a period of change and development.
