- Drafting agreements for various transactions and more complex leases
- Advising on (potential) disputes
- Drafting and reviewing private law agreements such as sales, establishment of business rights, and leases
- Advising on the purchase and sale of land and buildings
- Advising on legal issues related to the management of land and buildings
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as letters and notarial deeds
- Acting as a sparring partner for colleagues within and outside the team on land and real estate matters
- Completed legal education at HBO or WO level
- Extensive experience as a legal counsel with a solid foundation in real estate and land affairs
- Several years of experience in a similar role within a government organization
- Skilled in switching between legal depth and practical solutions
- Proactive and critically forward-thinking attitude
- Pleasant collaboration within a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Accessible and practical approach with an eye for political, administrative, and social context
