• Coordinate activities between the technical department, production, and external partners
• Monitor safety during maintenance work
• Arrange the preparation of maintenance, such as materials, personnel, and work permits
• Analyze malfunctions and propose structural solutions
• Optimize maintenance processes with the aim of reducing downtime
• Monitor the technical condition and reliability of installations
• Oversee compliance with procedures, safety regulations, and legislation
• Guide technical changes and improvement processes
• Participate in risk assessments and incident analysis
• Monitor progress, quality, and costs of maintenance
• Maintain maintenance data and report on results
• Ensure clear work instructions and good handover
• Completed technical education, for example, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Extensive experience with maintenance in an industrial production environment
• Experience with planning and coordinating maintenance work
• Knowledge of technical installations, maintenance processes, and safety regulations
• Familiarity with work permits, risk analyses, and maintenance management systems
• Experience within the process industry or an environment with increased safety risks is recommended
• Ability to effectively switch between departments and external parties
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Strong communication skills and a sense of priorities
• Practical and proactive attitude
