- Leading a team of ambulance care professionals
- Guiding employees within a dynamic and changing work environment
- Managing personnel issues such as absenteeism, development, and employability
- Ensuring the quality, continuity, and efficiency of services
- Advising the board and management on tactical and operational issues
- Coordinating with internal and external partners within the acute care chain
- Demonstrable work experience of at least 5 years, gained in the last 10 years, in an integral management role within the healthcare sector
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor's level
- Availability from November 1, 2026, for an average of 32 to 36 hours per week for the entire assignment
