• Varied, hands-on payroll exposure
• Hit the ground running
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process starters, leavers, salary changes, pensions, statutory payments, and payroll adjustments.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, checks, and validation activities.
• Support pension administration and monthly pension reconciliations.
• Handle payroll queries from employees and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Provide additional support to the payroll team during peak periods and project work.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Senior Payroll Administrator, or Payroll Officer.
• ADP experience.
• Strong end-to-end UK payroll processing experience.
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal training
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing payroll deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Available to start immediately.
• Competitive daily rate of £250 to £350 dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary position offering flexibility.
