Project overview
Senior Finance Manager, Consolidation & Accounting
Lead our Account-to-Report team and co-lead Group Consolidation, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant reporting across a global portfolio of legal entities while driving stronger controls and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Bring
- Co-lead global consolidation (IFRS, HFM/Hyperion, Finance Core), driving month-end through year-end close and reconciling balance sheet/cash flow results across systems.
- Play a leading role in major finance transformation programmes, including systems and SAP migration projects (2026–2027).
- Lead preparation and filing of statutory financial statements, coordinate external audits, and advise on technical accounting judgements (impairments, provisions, etc.).
- Lead, coach and develop a team of accounting professionals, strengthening succession planning and digital capability.
- Partner with Tax, Treasury, Group Reporting, Shared Services and senior finance leaders to translate complex reporting matters into clear, actionable insight.
- Maintain a strong internal-control environment and champion Group accounting policies and IFRS compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance plus ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
- 7+ years in financial accounting, consolidation, statutory reporting and audit; 3+ years leading finance teams.
- Strong analytical and project-management skills, with a track record in finance transformation and process improvement.
- SAP and HFM/Hyperion experience preferred.
