Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Adapting the environmental plan
• Guiding various spatial procedures
• Handling complex concept and principle requests
• Assessing spatial initiatives from third parties
• Setting up and leading participation meetings for initiators
• Consulting with initiators and internal specialists
• Advising on various spatial issues
• Monitoring progress and ensuring careful procedural handling
• Identifying bottlenecks in spatial processes
• Contributing to the optimization of work processes in spatial development
• Ensuring clear communication towards involved parties
• Bachelor's degree in spatial planning, urban planning, law, or spatial/administrative law
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an advisor in spatial planning
• Demonstrable experience with similar tasks within the spatial domain
• Extensive experience with advising in spatial planning is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience with the client's territory is a plus
• Good match with the organization, the team, and the collaboration partners
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Independent, results-oriented, and organizationally sensitive
