Context of the mission

Within the IT Department of a large insurance group, you will join the IT Strategy, Architecture, and Cloud Department.

The challenge is significant: to transform complex technological subjects (Cloud, architecture roadmaps, IT strategy) into accessible, valuable, and inspiring content for all employees in the digital sector. You will be the driving force behind the visibility and understanding of the department's successes.

• Editorial Strategy and Management
• Structuring: Define key themes, identify target audiences (technical vs. non-technical), and choose the most relevant distribution channels.
• Governance: Establish and manage a sustainable editorial calendar.
• Animation: Create and manage a network of "thematic referents" within the technical teams to capture information at the source.
• Prioritization: Manage the communication flow based on the criticality of news (P0 to P2).
• Multimedia Content Production (Hands-on)
• Video: Design, shoot, and edit short formats (interviews, product demos, feedback).
• Graphic Design: Create infographics, visual summaries, and high-level presentation materials (PowerPoint).
• Simplification (Pedagogy): Write "What is it?" type content, tutorials, or engaging formats (e.g., digital advent calendar).
• Writing: Develop clear and impactful newsletters, flash news, and release notes.
• Support and Dissemination
• Adapt messages to demonstrate the added value of projects according to the reader's profile (developer, manager, business).
• Ensure publication on internal tools and monitor engagement indicators (KPIs).
• Scope: Internal communication only (no external communication/public social networks).
• Proficiency in creation tools: Adobe Suite (Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools (Canva, PlayPlay, etc.).
• Excellent writing skills: Impeccable spelling and ability to synthesize complex concepts.
• IT Culture: An interest or prior experience in digital, Cloud, or IT architecture is a real plus.
• Synthesis skills: You know how to extract the "essence" from 50 pages of technical documentation.
• Autonomy and Proactivity: You proactively seek information and propose formats.
• Interpersonal skills: You are comfortable interviewing technical experts and challenging their messages.
• Location: Position based in Paris. Occasional travel expected (French region).
• Availability: ASAP
