Assignment Description

We are looking for consultant support to establish a solution where data is transferred from an on-premises data source to Azure Blob Storage and thereafter used as a data source in Power BI.

The assignment includes:

A fully configured and documented solution where data is automatically transferred from the on-premises environment to Azure Blob Storage and can be consumed by Power BI according to current security requirements.

General Information about the Assignment

The assignment may involve travel during the assignment period to E-hälsomyndigheten's other offices. The consultant is expected to participate on these occasions. Travel will be booked and paid for by E-hälsomyndigheten.

Other travel is not currently planned and, if necessary, should be undertaken upon order from the immediate manager at the authority.

Assessment Criteria and Value Deductions

Value deductions per criterion will be determined based on the achieved level and the maximum amount for the respective criterion.

• Configuration of Azure Storage Account and Blob Storage.
• Security and network configuration, including Private Endpoint and necessary DNS settings.
• Establishment of automated data transfer from an on-premises environment to Azure Blob Storage.
• Verification of connection between Azure Blob Storage and Power BI.
• Testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensuring the solution is compatible with Power BI Service.
• Delivering technical documentation on architecture, configuration, and operation.
• Performing testing and verification of the entire data flow from the source system to Power BI.
• The consultant's ability to account for the execution of the assignment and identify potential challenges
• The consultant's ability to analyze and understand the actual business needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Have documented experience with Azure Blob Storage and Azure Storage Accounts.
• Have experience with Azure networking and security solutions (Private Endpoint and VNet).
• Have experience with integration between on-premises environments and Azure.
• Have experience with Power BI and connecting to Azure Storage.
• Have experience implementing secure and automated data transfer to Azure Blob Storage.
• The consultant must achieve at least competence level 3 according to the framework agreement: Knowledge: High generalist competence, or very high education and competence in the field. Experience: Has participated in large assignments in the field and completed assignments with very high quality. This level is normally achieved earliest after 9-12 years in the field for the current industry/area. Leadership: Takes main responsibility for leading a larger group. Independence: Very high.
• The bidder must hold F-tax registration and prove this by attaching a valid certificate of F-tax registration to the bid.
