Project overview

For our client in Greven, we are seeking an experienced IT Architect to assess the current local and central infrastructure, encompassing networks, operational systems, and warehouse automation technology. Following this initial analysis, you will take ownership of defining the target IT architecture, migration roadmaps, and future operating model for the site.

Initial phase:

Transformational project (right after analysis part is completed):

• IT Architecture (e.g. Network, firewalls, hosting of servers)
• Operational IT Applications (e.g. Warehouse Management System, Printing Solutions, etc.)
• IT related to mechanized / automation systems (e.g. conveyors, sorters, automated high bay, etc.)
• Vendor contracts, Support models, IT Processes
• Create documentation of IT Architecture – As-is situation
• Create IT Roadmap for Greven site (e.g. Migration plans for End of Life applications)
