The IT Asset Manager will be responsible for leading, industrializing, and automating IT asset management, particularly within GLPI. This role involves defining improvement strategies, structuring practices, ensuring data reliability, and implementing monitoring indicators.

Project overview

Reporting to the user support manager, the IT Asset Manager will become the point of reference for asset management within the IT Service Center. Their main mission is to take the lead on the steering, industrialization, and automation of equipment management, particularly in GLPI.

They will define the improvement trajectory, structure the practices of site IT referents and technicians, ensure data reliability, and implement monitoring indicators. They will oversee the equipment lifecycle, stock across three sites, purchasing, mobile telephony, fixed assets, repairs, and BCP/DRP equipment.

The position also includes managing accounts and equipment for new hires and departures, documenting processes, and participating in projects related to their scope. Direct user assistance remains a complementary activity, to be delegated as much as possible to the team.

Profile Sought

Confirmed proficiency in GLPI for asset and asset management.

Experience in automation: rules, scripts, imports, controls, and dashboards.

Leadership, autonomy, and the ability to frame and unite a team.

Mastery of the equipment lifecycle, stock, and purchasing.

General IT culture, rigor, analytical skills, and service orientation.

Excellent writing skills for formalizing processes and documentation.

Experience in an agile environment and in digital responsibility is an asset.

Work Environment

A technology company specializing in digital solutions, our client supports the activities and employees of its organization through reliable tools adapted to professional use. Its Daily Tools department provides IT solutions and support to approximately 1,700 people across three sites.

Organized in an agile mode, this department places service quality, tool reliability, and user support at the heart of its operations. It also ensures compliance with its commitments regarding digital responsibility, particularly within the framework of the "Numérique Responsable" certification. Cooperation between teams, continuous improvement, and responsibility are essential principles of its operation.
