IT Business Analyst & Delivery Manager Illumio

Project overview

As part of an international IT infrastructure security program, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst & Project Delivery Manager specialized in Illumio to support the deployment of the micro-segmentation platform and structure its operational model.

The mission consists of bridging the gap between business needs, security teams, infrastructure teams, and operations teams to ensure coherent, documented, and industrialized deployments.

Conduct an inventory of applications, workloads, and dependencies between components in hybrid environments.

Define segmentation perimeters, criticality levels, and isolation strategies based on business risks.

Design and evolve the tagging taxonomy and associated governance rules.

Define, document, and validate Illumio security policies: visibility, simulation, and enforcement modes.

Manage end-to-end deployment work: planning, budget, resources, risks, trade-offs, and escalations.

Prepare onboarding and readiness kits: prerequisites, configurations, operational procedures, and policy templates.

Write support runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and incident response procedures.

Define integration requirements with Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and existing security tools.

Build training materials and organize skills transfer to internal teams.

Implement operational KPIs: policy compliance, deployment velocity, workload coverage, and incident resolution.

The main challenge is to secure the international adoption of Illumio while enabling internal teams to autonomously administer and evolve the platform.

Profile Sought

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or cybersecurity.

Minimum 4 years of practical experience with Illumio, ideally Illumio PCE and VEN.

Expertise in micro-segmentation, application dependency mapping, and policy enforcement.

Experience in tagging strategy, governance, and defining operational models.

Proficiency in risk management, steering committees, and project reporting.

Experience with cloud environments, Kubernetes, hybrid environments, and tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or ServiceNow.

PMI, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe certification, or equivalent is a plus.

Fluent English is mandatory; French is appreciated. CV in English requested.

Work Environment

Mission based in Paris 17, with on-site presence to be confirmed and possibility of remote work depending on program constraints. International environment, large multi-entity group, and cybersecurity transformation program focusing on micro-segmentation, cloud, Kubernetes, and industrialization of security operations.
